Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks around the facility, including but not limited to plant care, processing, packaging, and general maintenance. This is a casual position with the opportunity to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the cultivation and care of cannabis plants.
• Support the processing and packaging teams as needed.
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the facility.
• Ensure compliance with the Cannabis Act and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform manual labor and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• No criminal history.

Working Conditions:

• Casual position with flexible hours.
• Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, usually taken at home.
• Must be comfortable working in a facility with strict cleanliness and security protocols.

Reporting To:

• Reports to Production Manager.
